"I am very pleased with my agent, Phillip Brown and with State Farm. If I have questions the office is quick to respond. Thankfully I have never filed a claim but feel confident he would be there to help. My rate is lower than most people I know. I have the safe driving app which not only saves me money but also helps me keep my speed, etc. in check. I have been with Phillip Brown 5+ years and have no plans to change.
